DEZINES are delighted to have secured a new contract to supply a fully integrated PaaS ecommerce website to 'Newport Transport Limited' the principle bus operator for the city of Newport, Wales.
Newport Transport help more than 7.6m customers every year get to their chosen destination in comfort and on time. They make sure their customer's journey is pleasant and comfortable, and they are committed to delivering a safe and positive customer experience.
Newport Transport require a transactional fully integrated website platform that engages customers and helps them quickly locate bus routes and timetables in a simple to use framework, and importantly allows customers to make straight through online purchases for a range of services, including Smartcards, driver training, coach and bus hire, vehicle maintenance and much more.
Our fully integrated PaaS ecommerce website platform, will give Newport Transport a comprehensive trading platform with which to operate a great deal of the business from - minimising administration with automated workflows, and making it much easier for customers to get access to key services and information.
We are currently developing the new website and hope to have it operational by the end of August 2014, in time for the Nato Summit.
